‘鲁赫’刺蔷薇播种繁殖技术研究

Study on seed propagation technique of Rosa acicularis 'Luhe'

‘鲁赫’刺蔷薇具有优良的栽培品质和育种前景.为实现对这一品种的实生选种,对其种子生物学特性进行了研究,并对其播种繁殖技术进行了初步探讨.结果表明,‘鲁赫’刺蔷薇种子播种品质较好;种子萌发最佳处理条件为:培养温度18℃,清水浸种24 h,200 mg/L赤霉素浸种24 h;播种苗的最佳培养基质为:蛭石∶腐殖土∶沙子=1∶2∶1的混合基质.研究可为‘鲁赫’刺蔷薇的播种繁殖及实生选种,培育高抗性的绿化新品种奠定基础.

Rosa acicularis ＇Luhe＇ has excellent quality of cultivation and prospects of breeding. So researched seed biological characteristics and propagation technology of Rosa acicularis ＇Lure＇ to achieve the goal of the seed selection. The result shows that sowing quality of Rosa acicularis ＇Luhe＇ is good. The seed treated with cultural temperature of 18 ℃, clean water and 200 mg/L GA3 soaked 24 h has an optimal germination. The mixture matrix of vermiculite ： humus soil ： sand = 1 ： 2 ： 1 is the optimum matrix for the seeded. Study will provide technical reference for breeding of Rosa acicularis ＇Luhe＇ and lay the foundation for breeding new varieties of roadside shrubs who have stronger resistance.
