反向镊夹持托槽在正畸四手操作中的应用

The application of reversed forceps in the four-handed technique in orthodontic practice

目的 探讨反向镊夹持托槽在正畸粘接托槽的四手操作中的应用.方法 随机将40例粘接托槽的患者分为两组,每组20例,分别由护士参与使用反向镊夹持托槽传递给医生,和护士不参与由医生自己用传统正向镊夹持托槽的方法进行粘接配合.记录同等数量托槽粘接的总时间和夹持过程中夹持失败的托槽数量,比较工作效率以及工作质量,进行统计学分析.结果 试验组和对照组的粘接总时间分别是13 min和18.75min,夹持失败率分别是1.04％和5.42％,两组在配合中粘接时间和夹持失败率差异有统计学意义（均P=O.000）.结论 在正畸粘接托槽的四手操作中用反向托槽夹持镊在工作效率及操作技术上明显优于传统正向镊.

Objective The explore the application of the reversed forceps during four-handed orthodontic bracket bonding practice.Methods 40 patients were randomly allocated to two groups,each group with 20 patients.In the study group,the four-handed technique was applied with reversed forceps.While in the control group,routine bonding was performed with the conventional forceps.The total time of bonding and holding failure rate were recorded to compare work efficiency and efficacy,and analyzed by statistical methods.Results The mean bonding time in the study and control group are 13.00 and 18.75 minutes,with the failure rate being 1.04% and 5.42%,respectively.Both are statistically significant （P =0.000）.Conclusions The application of the reversed forceps in four-handed bracket bonding practice is more superior to conventional forceps.It can shorten operation time and reduce the failure rate as well.
