前牙覆（牙合）与上下颌骨旋转及下颌角角度的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between anterior overbite with maxillary and mandibular rotation and the gonial angle

目的 探讨错（牙合）畸形中前牙覆（牙合）与下颌角、下颌平面角及腭平面倾斜度的相关性,通过控制前牙覆（牙合）的改变为不同垂直骨面型患者的正畸治疗提供策略依据.方法 选取176例不同错（牙合）畸形成人正畸患者治疗前的头颅侧位片,对前牙覆（殆）与下颌角、下颌平面角及腭平面角的相关性进行直线相关分析.结果 在不同错（殆）畸形中前牙覆（殆）与下颌角呈负相关（r=-0.398,P＜0.01）,前牙覆（牙合）与下颌平面角（SN-MP）呈负相关（r=-0.472,P＜0.01）,前牙覆（殆）与下颌平面角（FH MP）呈负相关（r=-0.418,P＜0.01）,前牙覆（殆）与腭平面角（PP-FH）无相关性（r=0.092,P＞0.05）.结论 前牙覆（殆）随着下颌角的角度增加而减小.另外,前牙覆（牙合）随着下颌平面增大而减小.而腭平面的旋转对覆（殆）无影响.

Objective To investigate the correlation between anterior overbite,the gonial angle,the mandibular plane angle and inclination of the palatal plane,and to explore treatment of various vertical patterns by controlling the changes in anterior overbite.Methods 176 patients with different orthodontic patients before treatment were selected and cephalometric analyzed.Linear analysis was used to study the correlation each between anterior overbite and three aspects,namely the gonial angle,the mandibular plane angle and the palatal plane angle.Results Anterior overbite percentage and the gonial angle were negatively correlated（r=-0.398,P〈0.01）,and it was also negatively correlated with the mandibular plane angle（SN MP） （r=-0.472,P〈0.01）,and with the mandibular plane angle （FH-MP） （r =-0.418,P〈 0.01）.But there was no correlation between anterior overbite percentage and the palatal plane angle（PP FH） （r=0.092,P〉0.05）.Conclusions The anterior overbite decreased with the increase of the gonial angle and the increase of the mandibular plane angle.However,the rotation of the palate plane had no effect on the anterior teeth overbite.
