摘要
上气道流固耦合(fluid structure interaction,FSI)模型考虑气道内流场与周围软组织的耦合作用,是研究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)的有效方法.OSAHS患者上气道周围软组织的生物力学特点发生了变化,在FSI模型中合理设定上气道周围软组织的生物力学参数对于模型的真实性至关重要,本文就近年来测量人上气道流固力学耦合模型中软组织的生物力学参数方法的研究进展做一综述.
Fluid-structure interaction (FSI) model of the upper airway gives a new insight on the pathologies of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,which takes the interaction between airflow and soft tissue around the upper airway into account.Realistic biomechanical parameters of the soft tissues around the upper airway are extremely important in FSI model to achieve biological simulation,which deviate from normal ranges in OSAHS patients.This review focuses on the latest advances in measurement of biomechanical parameters of the soft tissues in the human upper airway.
