基于ArcEngine的卫片执法监查系统设计与实现

Design and Realization of Land Law Enforcement and Inspection System Based on ArcEngine

在土地卫片执法巡查过程中,采用常规的测量方法不但费用高,而且工作量大,采集的数据与系统实时通信困难。本文设计的系统综合运用GPS-RTK技术和ArcEngine组件技术,实现了数据采集与处理、图斑定位、信息查询与分析等功能。

In the course of land law enforcement and inspection, through routine measurement method is not only the high cost, andworkload is big, coordinate data and system real -time communication difficulties. The system, which based on GPS -RTK and Ar-cEngine component technology, realized the data collection and processing, the picture spots positioning, spatial information query andanalysis functions.
