摘要 根据国土资源部全天候遥感监测试点工作需要,利用智能移动终端便携、高性能、移动定位的特性,设计开发了基于i OS移动终端的遥感监测数据采集系统。该系统能够直接进行外业数据采集,去除传统数据核查中制作工作底图、打印工作底图、手工记录属性数据等环节,在外业核查现场将图形或属性数据信息录入智能移动终端,随时可以将采集的数据上传,实现了在移动终端上"电子地图、数据采集、数据上传"的一体化作业模式,充分体现了"智能化、移动化、云端化、个性化"的设计理念,极大地提高了全天候遥感监测数据核查工作的工作效率,减少了工作量。 According to the pilot work of remote sensing monitoring needs, using the features of mobile terminal' s portable, high -performance, mobile positioning, design and development the remote sensing data acquisition System based on iOS, the system can di-rect field data collection, data verification, making the removal of the traditional base map, print base map, manual recording attributedata and other sectors. Graphics or attribute data entry terminal, realized on the mobile terminal " electronic map, data acquisition,data upload" the integration mode of operation, fully embodies the " intelligent, mobile, cloud, personalized" design concept, im-proved the efficiency of all - weather remote sensing data verification work, reduce the workload.
