摘要
目的了解本地区临床分离耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的耐消毒剂基因qacA的携带状况以及对常见消毒剂的抗性现状。方法采用PCR方法检测86株MRSA菌株qacA基因的携带情况,采用肉汤稀释法检测常见消毒剂对MRSA菌株的最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果在86株MRSA中共检出1株qacA基因阳性菌株,阳性率为1.2%;苯扎溴铵、三氯异氰尿酸、戊二醛对所有MRSA菌株的MBC_(50)分别为64ug/mL、256ug/mL、256μg/mL。结论携带耐消毒剂基因qacA的MRSA菌株未在本地区流行,本地区MRSA菌株对含氯消毒剂、醛类消毒剂呈高抗性水平。
Objective To investigate the status of the disinfectant resistant gene qacA in clinical isolates of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)and the resistance to common disinfectants. Methods PCR method was used to detect the carrying capacity of qacA gene of 86 strains of MRSA. Broth dilution method was used to detect the MBCof common disinfectants against MRSA strain. Results 1 qacA positive strainwas detected in all the 86 strains of MRSA, and the positive rate was 1.2%. The MBC50 of benzalkonium bromide, three cyanuric acids, and glutaraldehyde for all MRSA strains were respectively 64μg/mL,256μg/ mL,and 256μg/mL. Conclusion MRSA strain carrying disinfectant resistant gene qacA is not prevalent in this area. The local MRSA strains of chlorine containing disinfectant, disinfectant aldehydes show high resistance level.
