正常人群和重症肝炎患者血浆25羟基维生素D_3水平比较及与胆固醇的关系分析

Comparision of the Plasma 25 Hydroxy Vitamin D3 Level of the Normal People and SevereH epatitis Patients and the Analysis of the Relationship with Cholesterol

目的通过分析正常人群和重症肝炎患者血浆25羟基维生素D_3(25-OH Vit D_3)、血脂、电解质、肾功能指标,比较两组25-OH Vit D_3水平及正常人群25-OH Vit D_3与血脂的关系。方法纳入80例重症肝炎患者和80例健康体检者为研究对象,采集两组二管空腹血,血浆采用Roche Cobas e 601全自动免疫分析仪测定25-OH Vit D_3水平,血清采用Roche Cobas modular p800全自动生化分析仪测定血脂、电解质及肾功指标。结果正常人群25-OH Vit D_3水平与胆固醇水平无相关性(P>0.05);重症肝炎组25-OH Vit D_3水平为(38.23±18.14)ng/mL,低于对照组(49.38±14.75)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重症肝炎组HDL-c、LDL-c、Ca、Chol、Mg水平低于对照组,而Cys-c的水平高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 25-OH Vit D_3水平与体内胆固醇水平无关,重症肝炎患者25-OH Vit D_3水平降低。

Objective Through the analysis of plasma 25 hydroxy vitamin D3（ 25-OH Vit D3）,blood lipid,electrolytes and renal function indexes of normal people and patients with severe hepatitis,25-OH Vit D3 level of two groups were compared and the normal people 25-OH Vit D3＇s relationship with blood lipids was analyzed. Methods 80 cases of patients with severe hepatitis and 80 cases of healthy examined people were chose as the research object. Two tube fasting blood of two groups were collected,whose plasma was used Roche Cobas e 601 automatic immunity analyzer to measure 25-OH Vit D3 level and whose serum was used Roche Cobas modular p800 automatic biochemical analyzer to measure blood lipids,electrolytes and renal function indexes.Results The 25-OH Vit D3 level of normal people had no correlation with cholesterol level（ P〉0. 05）; The 25-OH Vit D3 level of severe hepatitis group was（ 38. 23±18. 14） ng/mL,which was lower than the control group（ 49. 38±14. 75） ng/mL,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; The HDL-c,LDL-c,Ca,Chol,Mg level of severe hepatitis group were lower than the control group,while the Cys-c levels was higher than the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion 25-OH Vit D3 level is irrelative with the cholesterol level in the body and the 25-OH Vit D3 levels of severe hepatitis patients decreased.
