摘要
随着我国排放法规进入第5阶段,对汽油车的排放要求不断提高,汽油发动机的排放标定方法也需要进行优化分析。针对某汽车企业的国五I型排放试验,使用Matlab软件中的MBC(Model-Based Calibration)工具箱,对试验方案进行优化设计,采集排放数据建立排放统计学模型,并对排放标定参数进行优化分析。依据优化后的标定参数进行排放试验验证,结果表明:排放满足国五I型排放的法规要求,比优化前HC排放量减少29.3%。
As China releases the phase V emission regulation, the emission requirements for gasolinevehicles continue to increase and the emission calibration method also needs to be optimized. TheMBC ( Model-Based Calibration) toolbox was used to optimize calibration for China V type I emissiontests of a vehicle company. The emission experiment program was optimized and the emission testswere done to collect data, which were used to establish emission statistical model. The emissioncalibration parameters were optimized by using the emission model and emission tests were done tovalidate the optimization calibration. The emission results could meet the China V type I emissionregulation and the HC reduced 29.3% than before the optimization.
