转型环境下中国大型工程咨询企业专业声誉影响因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 工程咨询企业作为一种专业服务企业,其专业声誉作为企业核心竞争力,是其赢得市场竞争的关键因素。近15年是中国大型工程咨询企业发展的黄金时期,同时也是工程咨询市场转型的关键时期,多数大中型工程咨询企业不再拘泥于传统的被动接受专业声誉,开始围绕新兴领域主动培育、积极获取专业声誉。与国外工程咨询企业专业声誉获取多重视市场积累不同,中国大型工程咨询企业的专业声誉积累不仅与其在专业领域的时间、项目积累有关,而且与政府机构的资质认可、企业与政府关系等因素有关,体现了转型制度环境的深刻影响。以中国某大型工程咨询企业2006—2015年10年间专业声誉的演进的里程碑事件为研究对象,运用内容分析法,并借助TRS文献检索系统,重点分析中国大型工程咨询企业在转型环境中的专业声誉及其影响因素,给出中国大型工程咨询企业提高专业声誉的建议。 Engineering consulting firms(ECF) can be summarized to traditional kinds of professional services company,and professional reputation of ECFs was the key factor for winning the competition in the market.In recent 15 years,Chinese large-sized ECFs developed quickly,and most ECFs not only focused on professional reputation from traditional field,but also built and acquired professional reputation from new fields.However,Chinese ECFs' professional reputation was not only related to the market competition and projects accumulation in its professional field,but also connected with the government approval for the qualification and the relationship between the government and enterprises,which was quiet different from foreign ECFs' reputation.This paper researched about a top China ECF's professional reputation events,which included milestone reputation events of this company from 2006 to 2015 listed in its own official website and 72 related websites,and focused on the influence factors of its professional reputation using Text Retrieval System(TRS) for content analysis,and concluded with the suggestion to improve China large ECFs' professional reputation.
