摘要
以正交试验制备单组分不饱和聚酯绝缘漆EX-800D,分析不饱和聚酯绝缘漆中各组分对于绝缘漆固化后热变形温度的影响。经对比发现,单组分不饱和聚酯绝缘漆相比双组分不饱和聚酯绝缘漆,其耐热性能大幅度提升,在储存稳定性、耐开裂性、粘接强度以及使用工艺等方面具有绝对优势。
The paper prepared one-component unsaturated polyester insulating varnish EX- 800D through the orthogonal experiment, and discovered the influence of components for unsaturated polyester varnish on the temperature of thermal deformation. Compared with two-component unsaturated polyester varnish, one-component unsaturated polyester varnish significantly enhances heat resistant properties, while its storage stability, cracking resistance, adhesive strength and application process have absolute advantages.
