摘要
为了快速准确地检测障碍物,防止压路机在作业行驶中对人或物造成伤害,设计了一种压路机用障碍物自动检测及报警系统。该系统由光电式距离检测传感器阵列和总控制器及报警器构成。系统设定的报警阈值为压路机预期撞上障碍物的时间,报警触发距离随车速自动调整,不易误报施工配合人员,并克服了基于超声波传感系统的检测速度低、容易误报边缘区域外障碍物的缺陷。
In order to quickly and accurately detect the obstacles and prevent the road-roller to harm people or objects during operation,an automatic obstacle detection and alarm system is designed.The system mainly consists of two arrays of photoelectric distance detection sensors,a center controller and two annunciators.A time span,instead of distance,is set as the threshold value for trigging the annunciators.Thus,the system will effectively work in low speed with workers working near the road-roller,and in high speed with workers working far from the road-roller without trigging the annunciators.And also the workers working in the center of the protection areas will trig the annunciators earlier than the workers in the edge side areas.The system facilitates the workers to cooperate with the road-roller,and keeps them in safe.
