摘要 为提高黏稠和高温环境下的物位测量精度,采用非接触式的射线法,设计了一款基于S3C2440微处理器和WinCE操作系统的高精度物位计。射线由探测器接收,经光电转换、整形、滤波成脉冲信号送到MCU。完成了系统的软、硬件设计,实现了数据的采集和处理、测量数据的显示和存储。应用表明,仪表工作稳定可靠,测量精度高,人机交互界面好,符合工业应用标准。 In order to improve the accuracy of level measurement under high viscosity and high temperature condition,a high accuracy level meter is designed based on microprocessor S3C2440 and operating system WinCE by using non-contact ray method.The ray is received by detector,which is sent to the MCU through photoelectric conversion at last,shaping and filtering to form the pulse signal.The designs of software and hardware are accomplished,and the functions of data acquisition and processing are implemented,as well as data storage and management.The applications show that this intelligent instrument is stable and reliable,and has high measurement accuracy,good human-machine interface,and it complies with industrial application standard.
