新型职业农民农业经营状况及农业从业意愿分析——基于全国百村千民的实证分析

The Agricultural Management Status of New Professional Farmers and the Will of Agricultural Practitioners of New Occupation farmer: An Empirical Analysis of the Hundred Villages and Thousands of People in China

加强新型职业农民的农业经营水平,全面提高新型职业农民的农业从业素质,是我国现代农业发展和新农村建设的战略问题。为深入了解我国新型职业农民的农业经营状况及农业从业意愿,课题组对全国20个省、自治区、直辖市100个村1000多名新型职业农民进行了抽样调查。研究结果表明,在当前现代农业发展和新农村建设进程中,我国有些地区,尤其是老少边穷地区基层并未将新型职业农民培养工作落到实处,其重要意义并未被广大农民所理解,不仅大多数农民不了解也不知道先进的农业经营模式和农业从业技能;即使对已是新型职业农民培养对象中的农民,在农业生产经营和农业从业等方面也存在一定问题。推动新型职业农民发展现代农业,需要加强宣传和鼓励,提高新型职业农民农业经营和农业从业的积极性;激发新型职业农民创新经营模式,提高农业经营和农业从业的效果;加大政府扶持,切实解决新型职业农民农业经营和农业从业的顾虑。

To strengthen the agricultural management level of the new type of professional farmers and to improve the agricultural professional quality of the new type of farmers is a strategic problem of modern agricultural development and new rural construction. In order to further understand the agricultural management status of new professional farmers and the will of agricultural practitioners,the research group conducted a sample survey of more than 1000 new vocational farmers in 100 villages of 20 provinces（ autonomous regions and municipalities）. Research results show that in the current development of modern agriculture and new rural construction process,in some areas of China,especially the underdeveloped rural areas,training of new vocational farmers is not implemented. Its significance has not been understood by the majority of farmers,not only most farmers do not know advanced agricultural business model and agricultural skills of practitioners; even for new professional farmer training object of farmers,in agricultural production and agricultural industry still exist some problems. To promote the development of modern agriculture,it is necessary to strengthen propaganda and encouragement,to improve agricultural management and agricultural practitioners enthusiasm of new type of farmers,to stimulate new type of farmers＇ innovative management mode,to improve the effect of agricultural management and agriculture,and to increase government support,to solve the new type of agricultural management and agricultural employment concerns.
