摘要
"阶梯式培养""递进式历练"是习近平总书记干部工作思想重要组成部分。当前,海南省高校选拔培养年轻干部普遍存在着年轻干部在中层(处级)干部队伍比例偏低、年轻干部中能够担任党政正职的优秀干部偏少、一些年轻干部仍需不断加强培养和历练、有利于优秀年轻干部健康成长的工作机制不健全等问题。按照年轻干部阶梯式培养和递进式历练规律,要深刻把握"年轻干部"内涵,增强培养选拔的针对性;以选准用好为根本,建立常态化选拔工作机制;以培养锻炼为基础,全面提高年轻干部素质;以过程管理为保障,为年轻干部营造良好成长环境,为高校源源不断地培养出优秀的年轻干部。
Ladder training and Progressive experience is an important part of General Secretary Xi Jin- ping's thought on cadre work. At present,some problems are general in the selection and training of young ca- dres in Colleges and universities of Hainan province : the proportion of young middle-level cadres is low. the outstanding young cadres who cart serve as party chief are less,some young cadres still need further training and experience.the working mechanism conducive to the healthy growth of young cadres is not perfect and so on. According to the law of young cadres ladder training and progressive experience, deeply grasp the conno- tation of "young cadres", ;strengthen the training and selection pertinence ;while selecting for appointment in right position, establish a normalization mechanism forselection; comprehensively improve the quality of young cadres based on training and exercising, ;as a guarantee of process management, create a good environment for the growth of young cadres, etc. to everfounfly cultivate outstanding young cadres for colleges and universities.
