A Study on Legal Education for College's Logistics Management Major

高校物流管理专业法学教育对法治国家建设和学生职业发展都具有重要意义,但当前师生给予的实施效果评价明显低于其他专业课程。法学教育困境成因包括体系式物流立法的缺失、人才培养目标定位不准、师资分工不合理、教学方式单一化等。建议以广义经济法教学作为物流管理专业法学教育主场,体现出与法学专业区别,对经济法教师和物流专业课教师进行合理分工,以培养具有法治意识的现代公民和具备初步法律事务处理能力的管理型人才为目标,精选教学内容,改进教学方法,努力实现物流管理专业法学教育标准化和规范化。

Legal education in college＇s logistics management major has great significance for construction in building of law society and the students＇career development. But at present, the teachers and students give legal education lower evaluation than other professional logistics courses. The causes of the plight in legal edu- cation include the lack of logistics legislation in system type, inaccuracy in training goal, irrationality in teachers＇division of work, simplification in teaching method, etc. The article advises the college need to get the general economic law as the primary task of teaching, and to reflect the difference between with legal sci- ence major, make reasonable division of work for economic law teachers and logistics professional course teachers. The goal of legal education is to cultivate modern citizens with the rule of law consciousness, to cul- tivate administrative talents with preliminary legal transaction processing ability. It is very important to select the teaching content, improve teaching methods. By doing so, the standardization and normalization of legal education can be achieved.
