摘要
为了保证调兵山市"节水增粮行动"建设项目的合理用水要求,对调兵山市"节水增粮行动"项目取、用水的合理性、可靠性及项目对第三者的影响进行分析论证。
In order to guarantee the reasonable water requirements of Diaobingshan City water saving and food increasing construction project, the rationality and reliability of project water withdrawal and the impact of project on a third party is analyzed in this paper.
