摘要
对乌鲁木齐河乌拉泊水库断面以上流域洪水地区组成进行分析计算。统计乌鲁木齐河流域洪水遭遇情况,可知乌拉泊水库坝址断面洪水主要来自上游大西游水库区间,乌拉泊水库与大西沟水库两个断面同时发生洪水的频率最高。分别采用典型年法和同频率发推求出大西沟水库分区、乌拉泊水库分区、大~乌分区的设计洪水过程线,为大西沟水库、乌拉泊水库调洪演算提供基础资料。
It was necessary to analyze and calculate the region flood composition as the need of Daxigou reservoir, Wulabo reservoir and Hongyanchi reservoir joint dispatch work. Through the statistics of flood meeting together situation in Urumqi River basin, it was found that the flood above the Wulabo reservoir was mainly from the upstream Daxigou reservoir region, and the frequency of Wulabo reservoir and Daxigou reservoir flood happening at the same time was the highest. Using the typical-year method and the same frequency method respectively to calculate the design flood hydrograph in Daxigou reservoir area, Wulabo reservoir area and Da-Wu partition area, then the flood regulation calculation can be progressed.
