摘要
地下连续墙施工质量问题关系到地下车站主体结构施工期间的安全性和运营期间的耐久性。在分析地下连续墙质量缺陷产生原因的基础上,提出根据墙体完整性、抗渗性及混凝土强度是否满足设计要求,将地下连续墙划分为4个质量等级,针对不同的质量等级采取相应的处治措施;分析了墙体存在结构损伤的处理措施,并依托温州市域铁路明挖隧道基坑工程实例进行了验证。研究结果表明:质量等级为I级和II级的地下连续墙可不做修补处理,质量等级为III级或IV级的地下连续墙,需要进行修补处理;可通过增加地下连续墙槽段、钻孔灌注桩、高压喷射注浆等方法对地下连续墙结构损伤进行修复。
Diaphragm wall construction quality problems is related to operation safety of underground station during construction period of main structure and operation durability. Based on quality defects analysis of diaphragm wall,the quality of diaphragm wall is divided into four grades according to wall integrity,permeability and whether strength of concrete meets design requirements. Corresponding treatment measures are taken according to different quality levels. Relying on a Wenzhou area railway cut and cover tunnel,treatment measures of structural damage wall were analyzed. Results show that the class I and class II underground continuous wall don't need repair processing,while grade III or IV level underground continuous wall need to be repaired. By the method of increasing the underground continuous wall slot,bored piles,high pressure jet grouting,underground continuous wall structure damage can be repaired.
