摘要
轨道交通与土地开发协同发展是解决轨道交通可持续发展的重要路径之一。在我国内地现行国有土地资产管理、城市规划管理、地铁设计规范等体制机制背景下,引进、学习和实践这一模式仍面临着诸多障碍。本文以轨道交通车站的空间综合开发与经营为关注点,分析轨道交通车站综合开发与经营的理论与现实意义,分析实践中遭遇的现实问题,并结合国内外行业经验及理论探索提出对策建议。
The coordinated development of urban rail transit and land development is one of the important paths for sustainable development of urban rail transit. It still faces many obstacles in introducing, learning and practicing this model, under our current institutional mechanisms of state-owned land resources management, city planning management, metro design code, etc. This paper focuses on comprehensive development and management of urban transit station, analyses its theoretical and practical significance and various actual problems in practice, learns from the experience and research at home and abroad, and proposes countermeasures tbr it.
