摘要
赞比亚蜜是赞比亚特有的珍贵蜂蜜,具有比其他蜂蜜品种更为明显的降血压效果。利用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法结合LC-MS/MS研究赞比亚蜜样品中多酚类化合物成分及含量,结果表明,赞比亚蜜中含有脱落酸,芥子酸、柯因、短叶松素-3-乙酸酯、山奈酚及p-香豆酸。其中,以柯因的含量最高,为51.44μg/100 g,脱落酸次之。
As Zambia unique precious honey, Zambia honey have obvious effect in lowering blood pressure than other varieties. In this study, solid-phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with LC-MS/MS is used to study the composition and content of polyphenols in honey samples from Zambia. The results show that abscisic acid, sinapic acid, p-coumaric acid, pinobanksin - 3 - acetate, kaempferol and chrysine are found in Zambia honey samples. Among them, the highest content of Chrysine have 51.44 μg/100g, abscisic acid followed.
