摘要
对云南食用玫瑰花瓣初分选加工工艺流程及工艺进行简述,并对工艺进行试验验证和生产考核。结果表明,该加工工艺设计科学合理、可操作性强,已投入实际生产使用。
This article discusses the primary separating processing technology on Yunnan edible rose petal and a brief explanation of its technological process. Through experimental verification and production assessment, the design of this technological process is of great maneuverability and its design is scientific and reasonable, at the same time, it has been applied to practical production.
