摘要 通过对成都大学药学与生物工程学院食品科学与工程专业本科生进行问卷调查,对本科生在专业科研的认识与了解、从事专业科研情况、教师科研团队建设的建议等多方面调查结果进行分析,得出本科生专业型导师制受到学生认可,在人才培养方面取得一定效果,同时提出学院应进一步建立健全导师制的奖励机制、采用多种专业型导师制模式等结论。 This paper based on the Chengdu University of Pharmacy and Biological Engineering College students who's major in food industry, the questionnaire survey is to the undergraduates in the understanding of the professional scientific research, engaged in professional scientific research and suggestions for the development of the teacher team aspects of the results of the survey analysis, it is concluded that professional tutorial system for undergraduates students must be recognized, made some effects in talent cultivation, and puts forward college should further establish and improved the supervisory system of reward mechanism, using a variety of professional tutorial system mode and so on.
