摘要 "粮油食品工艺学"课程专业应用性较强,在教学上要更加突出实验教学。通过对其教学内容的优化、教学方法的改进、建立科学合理的考评体系等措施,不仅提高了学生的学习兴趣及课程教学质量,同时也培养了学生独立思考、分析问题、解决问题的实际能力。 Processing Technology of Cereals and Oils has stronger professional and practical application and its experimental teaching should play an important role in whole teaching process. The learning interest of students and teaching quality are en- hanced through some measures including optimizing teaching content, improving teaching methods and establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation system. Meanwhile, students are well trained to acquire some actual abilities such as independent thinking, problem analysis and solution.
