Processing Technology of Cereals and Oils has stronger professional and practical application and its experimental teaching should play an important role in whole teaching process. The learning interest of students and teaching quality are en- hanced through some measures including optimizing teaching content, improving teaching methods and establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation system. Meanwhile, students are well trained to acquire some actual abilities such as independent thinking, problem analysis and solution.
