摘要
为建立检测烟用材料中(烟用接装纸、水基胶和香料)铜含量的微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱方法,采用单因素试验对样品前处理条件和分析测试条件进行优化,得到适宜的灰化温度和原子化温度分别为750℃,1900℃;在优选的参数下,检出限和定量限分别为0.031μg/L和0.103μg/L,重复测试的变异系数小于3%,平均回收率范围在98.50%~103.06%。结果表明,该法具有较好的重复性和准确性,适合于烟用材料中铜的测定。
A method to determine copper content in tobacco materials(tipping paper,water-based adhesives and fragrances)using microwave digestion and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry is developed.Experimental conditions are optimized.Ashing temperature and atomization temperature are 750℃and 1 900℃.Under optimum conditions,the detection limit and quantification limit are 0.031μg/L and 0.103μg/L,the variation coefficient is less than 3%and the range of average recovery ratio is 98.50%~103.06%.The results show that the method has good reproducibility and accuracy for the determination of copper in tobacco materials.
