亚临界法提取神香草精油成分及抗氧化活性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析亚临界萃取神香草中挥发油的化学成分和相对含量,并探讨其化学成分与神香草特有香气之间的关系,同时进行体外抗氧化能力试验。结果表明,从挥发油中分离出46种化合物,鉴定出其中的30种,占挥发性成分总量的94.29%;挥发油的主要成分有三甲基二环[3,1,1]庚烷-3-酮(28.27%)、α-生育酚乙酸酯(16.89%)、硬脂酸乙烯酯(7.32%);分析得出三甲基二环[3,3,1]庚烷-3-酮与α-生育酚乙酸酯是神香草精油独特香气的主要成分;神香草挥发油在DPPH自由基和羟自由基的清除作用方面表现出较高的活性。 Subcritical extraction followed by GC-MS combined with quantification by peak area normalization method is used to analyze volatile compounds in the fruitbodies of hyssopus.Meanwhile,the relationship between volatile compounds and characteristic aroma of the fruitbodies of hyssopus is explored.Hyssopus antioxidant activities are evaluated by this method.Results show that 46 compounds are identified,accounting for 94.29%of the total volatile compounds from the fruitbodies of hyssopus among which the predominant compounds are trimethylbicyclo[3,1,1]heptane-3-ketone(28.27%),D-alpha-Tocopheryl acetate(16.89%)and vinyl Stearate(7.32%).Trimethylbicyclo[3,3,1]heptane-3-ketone and D-alpha-Tocopheryl acetate are mainly responsible for the characteristic aroma of the fruitbodies of hyssopus.The hyssopus shows high antioxidant activity,through the elimination of(DPPH)free radicals and hydroxyl radical.
