摘要
传统奶脂类产品是蒙古族传统特色系列乳制品之一,在调查研究了内蒙古不同地区蒙古族传统奶脂类产品加工工艺的基础上,对不同地区的产品进行了营养成分的分析,为进一步研究开发民族传统乳制品提供理论基础。
Inner Mongolia traditional milk fat process is traditional Mongolian dairy product,this paper researches the processing technology of milk fat process from different regions and analyzes nutritional content of different types of milk fat process,to provide theoretical basis for developing traditional dairy products.
