摘要
具体论述了绿萝在组织培养过程中通过探讨外植体的处理及培养基的筛选,从而得出影响绿萝组织培养的主要因素,旨在进一步研究植物组织培养技术对绿萝生长发育的影响,同时完善绿萝植物组织培养体系。
This paper discusses the scindapsus aureus in the tissue culture process by treatment of explant and medium induction and screened, to obtain the main factors that affect tissue culture, aims to investigate the effects of plant tissue culture technology on the growth of scindapsus aureus. At the same time, improve the scindapsus aureus plant tissue culture system.
