摘要
以矿井提升机为着手点,针对矿井提升机装卸载系统自动化改造开展研究。结合自身实践经验,在分析以往旧有提升机装卸载系统不足的基础上,提出针对性的自动化改造方案,并对方案实际应用效果做出分析。经改造后,矿井提升机运行效率获得显著提升,有效缓解了原有的煤炭生产与煤炭提升间的矛盾。
This paper researched the transform of the automation of loading and unloading system of hoist in mines with hoist as the starting point. Combined with the practical experience, this paper put forward the scheme for transforming automation based on the analysis of the deficiencies of the loading and unloading system of the old hoist, and analyzed the actual effect of its appli- cation. The resuhs showed that the efficiency of operation was significantly increased after modification and effectively relieved the contradiction between original coal production and the hoist.
