摘要 空压机余热回收技术作为一种新型高效的余热利用技术,可以为企业节省能源的消耗,从而节省大量的成本。以西安热电脱硝空压机热能回收系统改造为基础,阐述了该改造项目的意义、具体的改造方案,并分析了改造后将带来的经济收益。此次改造不但解决了之前空压机散热不良导致的频繁报警,另外每年总计可节约19.49×104元运行费用。 As a new and efficient waste heat recovery technology, the air compressor heat recovery technology can save a lot of en- ergy consumption for the company and greatly cut the cost. Based on the transformation of the denitration air compressor heat recovery system of Xi'an Thermal Power, this paper discussed the significance and the specific schemes for transforming the heat recovery system of the thermoelectric denitration air compressor, and analyzed the economic benefits of the transformation. The transformation of the system solved the problems of frequent alarming caused by the unfavorable heat dissipation, and more importantly it can save about ~194 900 operating costs per year.
