摘要 以平顶山发电分公司1 000 MW超超临界机组厂用电率为研究对象,通过优化辅机运行方式、技术改造、加强运行管理等方法,大幅降低厂用电率。现场运行情况表明:根据循环水泵进口水温的不同,优化前后最高可减少电流消耗188 A/h;确保变频器良好运行的情况下,单台变频凝结水泵可降低厂用电率为0.005%;通过优化磨煤机的运行,可降低厂用电率约为0.01%;通过AGC和检修优化,厂用电率降低0.014%。采取机组优化措施以后,能达到节能降耗的目的。 The power consumption rate of 1 000 MW ultra supercritical unit in Pingdingshan Power Generation Branch" is focused on. The consumption of power plants can be remarkably decreased by optimizing auxiliary operation mode, technical renovation, and strengthening methods of operation and management. Field operation shows that the current consumption of 188 A/h is cut down by optimization according to the different inlet water temperature of circulating pumps, the power consumption rate of the single variable frequency condensing pump of 0.005% is reduced under the condition of frequency converter running well, the power consumption rate of 0.01% is reduced by optimizing the operation of coal pulverize, and the power consumption rate of 0.0i4% is reduced by optimizing AGC and overhaul. After the unit optimization measures were adopted, the targets of saving energy and reducing consumption can be achieved.
