摘要
研究了一种抑制开关磁阻电机转矩脉动的方法。利用有限元工具对一个四相8/6极的开关磁阻电机进行有限元分析,对转矩脉动产生的机理进行研究。针对传统励磁模式下转矩脉动大的问题,介绍了一种新型的阶梯状励磁电流模式,研究该励磁电流模式的参考电流及励磁相重叠角度的参数对转矩脉动的影响。实验表明,所提出的新型励磁电流模式可以降低开关磁阻电机的转矩脉动,通过调节参考电流及励磁相重叠角度的参数可获得最小转矩脉动。
A torque ripple suppression method for switc, hed reluctanee motor was proposed. A four-phase switched re- luctance motor is analyzed using the finite element tools. The mechanism of the torque ripples was studied and a new step exciting current mode was introduced to attenuate for the large torque ripples in traditlonal single-phase and dual-phase ex- eitation method. The impaet of the stair-style ~ference current and the overlap angle of the excitation current mode on torque ripples was investigated. Experiments show that the new step exciting current mode can reduce the switched reluc- tance motor torque ripples and achieve the minimum torque ripples by adjusting excitation parameters.
