The Breakthrough of Innovation of Three Rural Issues:Integrated Cooperation of the Farmers

中国农民合作组织运动进入历史第三波的同时,适逢城乡结构性大变局、三农政策方向调整的转型时期。面对这样的现实,实现中国三农现代化的任务更为迫切。如何实现中国三农的现代化,一直存在两种思路的争论。中国三农改革的现代化,应该从中国城乡大变局出发,结合现代社会的转型,分析中国农村走向现代化的不同路径。以此来看,走综合农协的道路是中国三农改革的突破口,正在成长中的中国案例可以对此予以证明。

When Chinese farmer cooperative organization movement enters the Third Wave of Chinese history, it coincides with both the structural changes in urban and rural areas and the transitional period of policy directions concerning the three rural issues Farmers, Rural, and Agriculture. There have been two debates about realizing modernization of Chinese three rural issues. This paper analyzes the different pathways that could lead to the rural Chinese moderation. It starts with a discussion of Chinese current situation. It also incorporates the perspective of the transformation of modern society. It ends with the proposition that ＂reforms of the three rural issues should take advantage of the integrated cooperation of the farmers＂.
