摘要
教师教学决策研究的双重取向即实证主义取向与解释主义取向。实证主义取向下的教师教学决策研究聚焦于教师教学决策分类、教师教学决策模式及影响教师教学决策因素等方面;解释主义取向下的教师教学决策研究则关注以下五个方面:教师直觉性思维/决策、内隐学习、教师信念对教师教学决策的影响、教师实践知识对教师教学决策的影响以及教师反思对教师教学决策的影响等。教师教学决策研究的双重取向之间并非彼此对立,而是相辅相成的,它们共同丰富和拓宽着教师教学决策研究。
There are two orientations of the research on teachers' teaching decision-making, i. e. , the positivistic and the interpretive. Teaching decision-making research of the positivistic-orientation focuses on the classification system of their teaching decision-making, the models of teacher teaching decision-making, and the effect factors of teacher teaching decision-making etc.. Teacher teaching decision-making research of the interpretive-orientation involves five aspects. Teachers' intuitive thinking/decision, implicit learning, the effects of teachers' beliefs on teaching decision-making, the effects of teachers' practical knowledge on teaching decision-making, and the effects of teacher reflection on teaching decision- making. The two orientations of teaching decision-making research are not opposite but supplementary to each other, and commonly enrich and enlarge the research on teachers' teaching decision making.
