摘要
节能监测是石油开采企业掌握设备能效水平的重要手段。文中对某石油开采企业的抽油机井、注水泵、输油泵、锅炉、加热炉等用能设备各项指标进行了节能监测,并基于监测结果,分析企业能源利用水平,查找企业设备在用能过程中存在的问题。文中将实际监测效率与限定值之间的差距作为评判节能潜力的一项方法,计算出该企业具有节能潜力175.84tce,其中,加热炉具备的节能潜力占67%。为企业技改指明了方向,并对类似企业节能监测和节能潜力分析提供了参考。
Energy-saving monitoring is an important means for oil companies to master the energy efficiency of the equipment.In this paper,energy-saving monitoring is carried out on the energy-using equipments such as pumping wells,water injection pumps,oil pumps,boilers and heating furnaces in an oil-mining enterprise.Based on the monitoring results,analyzes the energy utilization level of enterprises is analyzed,and the problems in the process of energy consumption is found out,and the improvement measures is puts forward.The gap between the actual monitoring efficiency and the limit value is used as a method of assessing the energy saving potential.In this way,It is proved that the enterprise with an energy saving potential of 175.84 tce,and the heating furnace with accounted for 67%.The direction of technological transformation of enterprises is point out.A reference for the similar enterprise energy saving monitoring and energy saving potential analysis is provided.
