摘要
贵阳小河污水处理厂(一期)污泥深度脱水工程采用转鼓浓缩-调理改性-高压压滤的工艺。调理采用聚合硫酸铁和絮凝剂,在不投加石灰等粉状药剂时,通过高压压滤机将污泥含水率降低到60%以下,满足GB/T 23485—2009中规定的进行卫生填埋的脱水后污泥含水率要求。该工程通过对脱水车间的工艺优化设计,各项运行指标达到设计要求。
Guiyang Xiaohe sewage treatment plant(phase I)in-depth sludge dewatering project adopted the processes of drum concentration,sludge conditioning and modification,and high-pressure filter pressing. The sludge was conditioned by polymeric ferric sulfate and flocculants,without adding lime and other powdery chemicals,and then was treated by high pressure filter press to reduce the water content to less than 60% which met the requirements of the water content demand for sludge sanitary landfilling in GB/T 23485 —2009. All indexes in this optimal design of the dewatering process reached the design requirements.
