摘要
采用Fenton氧化法深度处理餐厨废水,通过正交试验和单因素试验研究了Fenton氧化处理的最佳反应条件,并通过酸碱滴定试验探讨验证了最佳初始pH为5的原因。结果表明,Fenton氧化法深度处理餐厨废水的最佳工艺条件为:H2O2投加量100mg/L、Fe^(2+)投加量300mg/L、初始pH5、反应时间60min,COD去除率可达70.4%,出水水质可达到GB8978—1996污水综合排放标准一级标准。同时,pH为5时废水中碱度基本消耗殆尽,Fenton反应过程中,由于产生了H^+,pH由5迅速降至3左右。
Food wastewater was treated by Fenton process.The optimal conditions were investigated by orthogonal experiments and single factor experiments and the result of initial pH was 5 which verified by acid base titration.The optimal conditions were as follows:H_2O_2 dosage of 100 mg/L,Fe^(2+)dosage of 300 mg/L,initial pH of 5,reaction time of 60 minutes.Under these conditions,the highest removal rate of 70.4%was observed for COD.The effluent index could reach the first criterion specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996).The alkalinity was using up as the initial pH of 5,and it was observed that the pH decreased suddenly from 5 to 3 during the reaction because of H~+.
