摘要
以杨木为试材,以不饱和聚酯树脂为改性剂,采用真空浸渍方法,研究了木材改性对杨木湿胀率、干缩率和吸水率的影响。结果表明:杨木经过改性后,湿胀性、干缩性明显提高且径向尺寸稳定性提高率大于弦向,吸水率显著降低,杨木的尺寸稳定性得到提高。不饱和聚酯树脂改性剂对杨木的尺寸稳定性具有明显的改良效果。
In order to research the effects of the weight gain on the swelling rates, the shrinkage rates and the water absorption ratio. The result showed that shrinkage rates, swelling rates and water absorption ratio of polar wood treated by unsaturated polyester resin and its solution have increased. The treatment has significant influence on fast-growing poplar's tangential permeability. Dimensional stability of treated wood is better than that of the untreated wood of poplar wood.
