摘要
柜类家具底面材料与不同地面间的摩擦系数是影响家具在地震中运动状态的主要因素之一,研究通过物理方法测试常用的柜脚底面材料与不同地面之间的静摩擦系数,为进一步研究柜类家具防震设计提供依据。实验表明常用材料间的μ_s值变化较大,从0.27~0.58;实木柜脚由于木纹有一定的凸起,与各种地面间的μ_s较其他材料更小;橡胶脚垫与各种地面间的μ_s最大;通过改变脚垫材料以改变μ_s值的方法在家具防震设计中具有可行性。
The coefficient of friction between the different ground and the cabinet furniture bottom materials is one of the main factors that influence the motion state in the earthquake. This research tested the coefficient of static friction with the physical methods, and providing the basis for further studying the cabinet furniture shockproof design. It shows that the values of coefficient of friction between the different ground and common materials largely is from 0.27 to 0.58, the solid wood feet of cabinet furniture is lower than that of materials because of its wood grain bulges, and the rubber mats of cabinet furniture feet is highest. So it is reasonable to alter the coefficient values by changing the materials of furniture feet mats in the cabinet furnitures hockproof design.
