摘要
简要介绍了金刚石工具、工具分类及其制造过程中用到的钎焊技术,分析了金刚石颗粒与基体的连接原理与形式,就金刚石工具行业国内外发展状况评述了钎焊技术的相应发展,阐述了预合金粉末的扩散钎焊现象及有益作用,探讨了钎焊材料、钎焊工艺和钎焊设备的协同规律,提出了金刚石工具行业钎焊技术的发展方向,为国内金刚石工具和焊接行业发展研究提供参考。
This review covers the definition,classification of diamond tools and the brazing technology applied in diamond tools manufacturing.The paper outlines the principles of different connection mode of diamond particles and base material,illustrates the diffusion brazing mechanism and advantage of the pre-alloyed powder application,discusses the matching principles of brazing filler metal,brazing technology and brazing equipment,reviews the developments of brazing technology in diamond tools manufacturing according to the development status domestic and overseas,and predicts the development direction of brazing technology applied in diamond tools manufacturing. This paper can provide the reference for investigations on domestic diamond tool manufacturing and welding industry.
