On the Adaptability of Curriculum and Schools' Curriculum Reconstruction

摘要 课程的适应性即课程的个性化、选择性与包容性。在课程建设中,学校应根据学生的个性特点和动态成长变化为学生提供最适应其发展的课程。现代教育大数据的发展、学习行为分析技术以及学校课程审议制度的完善,为学校建构具有适应性的课程提供了契机,为真正实现课程对每个学生的发展价值提供了可能。 The shift from the research on curriculum phenomenon and element to the curriculum itself, from the research on the value of curriculum to students to the relationship between curriculum and students and from the static curriculum view to the dynamic curriculum view, reflected the shift of pattern of curriculum research. Manifesting the adaptability is the confirmation of curriculum's attribute, putting forward new demands to the construction of school curriculum from the dimension of the bi- directional relationship between curriculum and students. The adaptability of curriculum reflects the individuality, selectivity and inclusivity, andrequires schools afford curriculum which most suitable to students' development according to the students' development status in curriculum activities. The development of educational Big Data, the analytical technique of learning behaviors and the promotion of schools' curriculum deliberation system, can afford the opportunity for schools to construct curriculum which possess adaptability, and can afford the possibility to realize the development value of curriculum.
