摘要
小学语文教师的教育哲学取向呈现出以现实主义和经验主义为主导,永恒主义、理想主义和存在主义并存的模式,且小学语文教师的不同教育哲学取向在年龄、教龄、受教育程度和是否担任职务上存在显著差异。基础教育和新课程改革的现实需求,迫切需要我们提升小学语文教师的教育哲学意识。通过探索教师学习教育哲学的可行路径,丰富语文教师的教育哲学理论来推动语文教育的发展。
To understand the inner mechanism of Chinese teacher's education practice in primary school, the Scale of Philosophy of Education Orientation of Chinese Teachers in Primary School was being used to investigate Philosophy of Education Orientation of 390 Chinese teachers in primary school. The results indicate that the Chinese teachers in primary school had a model of Philosophy of Education Orientation, which is Realism and Empiricism taking the lead, and Perennialism, Idealism and Existentialism exist side by side. Besides, the teacher's different Philosophy of Education Orientation have a significant differences in age, seniority, level of education and whether hold office or not. In order to meet the practical needs of Basic Education and the new Curriculum Reform, we urgently need to raise the consciousness of Educational Philosophy of Chinese teachers. Through exploring the possible ways of learning the educational philosophy, and enriching the Chinese teacher' s Philosophical Theory of Education, we can promote the development of Chinese edueation.
