摘要
课程改革的初衷就是为了"人"的生命成长。在校本课程实践中,顶层设计与学科群建构是关键,而学生个性化课程的建构意义更为重大。生命发展校本课程体系探索,聚焦于"生命发展"主题,以"三层—五类"课程实施与创新为重点:在目标上,聚焦于人的整体成长及关键知识、关键能力和必备品格培养;在内容上,试图超越学科,凸显开放的、个性化的课程创新活动;在方式上,用核心素养统整学校整个育人工作和学科教学工作,推动人的全面成长。
The original intention of curriculum reform is inherited from the growth or life development of people. The designing and the construction of superior subjects are key for the practices of school-based curriculum, among which the customized program seems to be much more important. The exploration of the LIFE (Life Development Curriculum) focuses on the topic of growth, taking the "3 Tiers-5 Categories" as the key points of curriculum practices and innovation. As for the goals, LIFE concentrates on the whole growth and the fostering of critical knowledge, capability and required character. As for the ways, it directs the implementation of the educating and teaching with the core competencies for the whole develooment of students at schools.
