摘要
外表相同的各种氟橡胶原材料,在使用过程中很容易混淆,需要采用非接触方法进行辨识。由于氟橡胶的导热系数不同,在同一热源上进行加热,不同氟橡胶的升温曲线也会不同。本文以氟橡胶FX-2和FX-4为样品进行研究,用红外热像仪对两者的加热过程进行实时监测,通过比较红外图像,发现氟橡胶FX-2的升温曲线总是高于氟橡胶FX-4的升温曲线。在可加热的温度范围内,加热温度越高,两者的温度差越明显。研究结果表明,在不破坏原材料的情况下,通过红外热像仪可以方便快捷地识别氟橡胶的混料问题。研究结果对其它非金属材料的混料检测有重要应用价值。
For those fluororubber products which have the same appearance,it is easy to be confused in employing.It needs to adopt non-contact method for identification.Due to different thermal conductivity of fluororubher,when they are heated by the same temperature source,the temperature curves will be different.In this paper, two kinds of viton samples named FX-2 and FX-4 were studied with infrared thermal imager for real-time monitoring heating process.The infrared images were compared.It is found that heating curve of viton FX-2 is higher than that heating curve of viton of FX-4.In the appropriate range of heating temperature,the higher the heating temperature,the more significant the temperature difference.The research results show that under the condition of undestroying the raw material,it is quick and convenient to identify mixing problem of the fluororubber using the infrared thermal imager.The research findings have great application value for the detection of other non-metallic mixed materials.
