摘要
本文对相位速率准则的评估方法开展研究,并以某算例飞机为对象进行评估应用研究。研究结果表明,这一评估方法可以较好地预测闭环飞机的PIO趋势。
The assess method based on phase-rate criteria is researched, and is used in an aircraft. The results show that this method can be used to predict the PIO tendency of closed-loop aircraft.
