摘要
近年来,由于自然、人为等因素,我国灾害频发,为了降低由灾害导致的人身伤害和财产损失,开发了公共安全应急管理云平台。云平台由应急指挥大厅、基础支撑系统、综合信息服务系统和移动应急平台等四个部分组成。云平台主要功能包括对各类事故的监控预警、数据报告、信息处理、提出建议等,对各类危害事件进行预防并加以控制,从而保障人民的生命和财产的安全,保持正常的生活和生产秩序。
In recent years,disasters is often happened i-n our country because of the natural and artifi-cial factors,Cloud platform of public safety emergency management was developed to reduce the personal injury and property damage that caused by disasters. Cloud platform is supported by emergency command hall, basic system, comprehensive information service system and mobile emergency platform.The main function of cloud platform including monitoring and warning, data reporting, information processing and making recommendations.It can prevent and control various types of adverse incidents,so as to ensure the safety of public facilities and residents＇ lives, and maintain the normal life and production order.
