摘要
通过对我国铁路货运发展现存的七个主要方面问题进行分析即权利下放不彻底,缺乏科学决策意识,相关政策落实不到位,相关法律法规建设不完善,投资服务和投资引导不到位,安全管理存在漏洞,专业人才缺乏。针对问题给出三点对策与建议:建立现代企业管理制度;加强相关政策落实,完善相关法律法规;加强各站点之间相互联系,信息资源共享。
Based on the rail freight development of our country existing analysis of seven major issues that empowerment is not complete,lack of consciousness of scientific decision, policy implementation does not reach the designated position,imperfect relevant laws and regulations construction, investment services and investment guide does not reach the designated position,loopholes in safety management, lack of professional talents.Three countermeasures and Suggestions for problems： to establish a modem enterprise management system;Strengthen related policy implement and improve relevant laws and regulations;Strengthen the connection between each site,the information resources sharing.
