探讨了数字化纺纱工厂的设计理念和应用实践。分析了棉纺厂设备自动化、智能化的应用程度以及管控现状,阐述了建立棉纺企业智能管控系统的必要性。以我集团在新疆新建的现代化数字工厂为例,介绍了智能管控系统的功能与优势,并对使用效果进行了总结和分析。认为:现代数字化工厂两大特点是工业实时网络和大数据平台,如何用好、用实是设计和实施的关键。

Design concept and application practice of digital spinning mills were discussed. Application degree and management ＆ control status for the automation and intelligentization of equipment in cotton spinning mills were analyzed. The necessity to build intelligent management ＆ control system for cotton spinning enterprise was explained. The modern digital mill of our group that was newly built in Xinjiang was taken as an example. The functions and advantages of intelligent management ＆ control system were introduced. Moreover, the application effect was summarized and analyzed. It is considered that industrial real-time network and big data platform are the biggest two characteristics in modern intelligent mill. How to use them well and practically are the keys for design and implementation.
