麻黄细辛附子汤加味治疗冷空气过敏性咳嗽疗效观察

目的:观察麻黄细辛附子汤加味治疗冷空气过敏性咳嗽的疗效。方法;50例分为治疗组和对照组各25例。治疗组给予麻黄细辛附子汤加味治疗,对照组给予沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗。分别观察20天后疗效及60天后复发率。结果:治疗组痊愈15例、有效7例、无效3例,总有效率88.0%。复发3例,复发率16.0%。对照组痊愈18例、有效3例、无效3例,总有效率84.0%;复发8例,复发率44.0%。两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麻黄细辛附子汤加味治疗冷空气过敏性咳嗽疗效好,无不良反应,复发率低。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Ephedra Asarum and Aconite Decoction with additional integrants in the treatment of allergic cough due to cold air. Method： 50 cases were divided into treatment group and control group randomly, 25 cases in each group. The treatment group were given Ephedra Asarum and Aconite Decoction with additional integrants while the control group were given Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder for inhalation. The curative effect after 20 days and the recurrence rate after 60 days of the recovery patients were observed respectively. Result： There were 15 cases cured, 7 cases effective, 3 cases invalid in the treatment group, with the effective rate 88%. After 60 days, there were 3 cases relapsed in the treatment group, with the recurrence rate 16%. There were 18 cases cured, 3 cases effective, 3 cases invalid in the control group, with the effective rate 88%. After 60 days, there were 8 cases relapsed in the control group, with the recurrence rate 44% （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Ephedra Asarum and Aconite Decoction with additional integrants has good curative effect on allergic cough due to cold air, with no adverse reaction and low recurrence rate.
