独活寄生汤配合温针治疗腰肌劳损腰痛疗效分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect on Lumbago due to Lumbar Muscle Strain Treated by Duhuo Jisheng Decoction Combined with Warming Needling

目的:观察独活寄生汤配合温针治疗腰肌劳损所致腰痛的临床疗效。方法:84例随机分为两组各42例,两组均用独活寄生汤加减治疗,观察组加用温针治疗。结果:总有效率观察组92.86%、对照组64.29%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后VAS评分观察组较对照组下降更明显,Barthel评分观察组较对照组升高更明显(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤配合温针治疗腰肌劳损效果较好,可缓解疼痛及改善患者活动能力。

Objective： To study moxibustion with warming needle combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the treatment of lumbar pain caused by lumbar muscle strain and to analyze and compare the clinical therapeutic effect. Method： 84 cases of lumbar pain caused by lumbar muscle strain in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups, 42 patients in each group. Both groups were treated with modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction and the treatent group were treated with moxibustion with warming needle in addition. The clinical therapeutic effect, the degree of pain and activities of daily living of both groups were compared. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.86% while that of the control group was 64.29%. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） .After the treatment, VAS scores of the treatment group decreased more significantly and Barthel index of the treatment group increased more significantly compared with that of the control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Moxibustion with warming needle combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction has more significant effect on lumbar pain caused by lumbar muscle strain than the single use of conventional medicine, which is helpful to relieve pain and improve the patients＇ activities of daily living, with a wide range of applications in clinic and worthy of further promotion.
